GIVE 21 DAYS NOTICE THAT I/WE WILL VACATE ON________________________________________

We fully understand that the rent is to be paid until the date of vacating and the surrender of all keys to expedite refund of bond.

I/we understand that if the agent has to show the property to prospective tenants may do so with reasonable notice on each occasion. Bond will be refunded once property has vacated and a final inspection has been carried out. Any damages, further cleaning, steam cleaning of carpets, furniture removal must be paid for by the tenant otherwise it will be deducted off the bond.
